Cangshan Kita 6" Boning Knife
$119.99

The Kita 6" Boning Knife is forged from full-tang X-7 Damascus steel with a hammered finish that’s as functional as it is beautiful, helping food release with ease. Its deeply curved blade tapers to a fine point, ideal for working around bones and joints, while the D-shaped belly adds versatility for slicing produce or carving cooked meats. A balanced octagonal handle in blue-and-black faux wood grain is secured with a single mosaic rivet, and each knife comes with a magnetic Saya-style sheath in deep blue wood for protection and style.

Care & Maintenance

To keep your knives performing at their best, always cut on a softer surface such as wood or plastic. Avoid harder surfaces like glass, marble, or metal, which can dull your blade immediately.

Clean your knife blade regularly with warm, soapy water and dry it thoroughly after each use. Never put knives in the dishwasher, as hot water and harsh detergents can damage the edge. The same goes for other sharp tools like peelers and graters — keeping them out of the dishwasher helps them stay sharper, longer.

Regularly hone your knife after each use to maintain a clean, precise edge. Over time, honing alone won’t be enough — and when that happens, you can always bring your knife into Artichoke for professional in-store sharpening.
